puraoutlet.com ("Website") by you ("Customer"). By placing an order or subscribing to our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any additional product-specific terms.
1. Order Acceptance & Formation

Order Submission: When you place an order on our Website, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected Products/Services. All orders are subject to our acceptance, which we confirm by sending an order confirmation email to your provided address.

Order Modification/Cancellation: We strive to process orders quickly (within 1-3 business days for fulfillment), so modifications or cancellations may only be requested within 24 hours of order placement. Shipping Responsibility: We provide free shipping on all orders. Risk of loss or damage to Products transfers to you upon delivery. You may track your order status via the link in your confirmation email or by logging into your Website account.

Billing & Cancellation: Subscriptions renew automatically monthly. Cancellations take effect after the next scheduled delivery—no refunds are provided for partial subscription periods. We will notify you of upcoming renewals and billing dates.

6. Product Warranty & Liability

Limited Warranty: Pura smart diffusers are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for 12 months from purchase. Contact us for warranty claims, which require proof of purchase.

Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Product use or service delays. Our total liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the purchase price of the affected Product.
